In this hands-on class we will explore various methods necessary for extracting and using medicinal mushrooms. We will demo and make a double extracted tincture for each participant to take home. Detailed handouts included.
We will take a break in the middle of class to chat & grow our herbal community. Please bring a snack if needed, a water bottle (which you can refill), and anything you need to take notes.
