Join us in our Garden for a Full Moon Shake Rising, Tea and Garden Dinner!
Shake Rising is a transformational movement practice that incorporates fitness, dance and energy work. We will move through the energy body, working from root to crown. This practice is for woman liberation. Liberation from our past experiences, from conditioning, from beliefs no longer serving us.
Our 3 intentions act as a roadmap towards that liberation. We will:
1) activate our life force energy through our undivided attention
2) reprogram our subconscious mind through affirmations
3) regulate our nervous system through full body shaking.
After our Shake, enjoy a garden stroll with a cup of tea and mingle with new friends.
Followed by a farm fresh organic dinner as the sun sets and full moon rises over our medicinal herb Garden of Life.
